For the tenth anniversary of the publication of Sylvia Plath's Unabridged Journals, I published "Sylvia Plath on Charing Cross Road," a piece recalling the release of the journals and addressing Plath's own book purchases on London's legendary street. While working with books in Plath's and Hughes's libraries, I have often encountered labels from bookshops that help to place where and when they acquired texts. I included some images and a map of bookstores Plath and Hughes visited below.
